Conservative humor usually involves banana peels and gorilla
costumes, and they don’t do irony. It’s just a little bit over their heads. So
the latest effort by Republicans to be clever and appeal to those “snarky young
people” is, of course, a total fail. Inspired by New Mexico Governor Susana
Martinez who used to be a Democrat, the Republican National Committee is
offering the above T-shirt for sale with her catch phrase: "I’ll be damned. I’m
a Republican.”
